Ingredients

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup Parkway margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 ounces chocolate chips
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Microwave butter in bowl on high 1 minute (or until melted).

  2. Add sugar and milk, mix well. Microwave for 3 minutes then stir.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes then stir.

  4. Microwave for 3 minutes at half power then stir.

  5. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes at half power then stir.

  6. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

  7. Pour into greased 13x9 pan.

  8. Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.

I love this recipie, it is so easy and it turns out great each and every time. It is the most simplest recipie that I have come across. I have been using this recipie for about 15 years now and got it off of the bottle of marshmallow goop that you buy for the fudge.
