Is really good after being refrigerated overnight. Great for office parties and summer picnics.

1 can pineapple chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup coconut flakes
12 ounces sour cream
1 bag fruit flavored miniature marshmallows
1 can cherries (optional)


  1. Drain juice from pineapple and mandarin oranges and save for other use.

  2. Add all ingredients except sour cream in large bowl until well mixed.

  3. Add sour cream and stir well.

  4. Refrigerate.
