Shrimp and Rice

1 medium sized package of yellow rice
1/2 to 3/4 pound of whole salad shrimp
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-2 tablespoons honey
a pinch of cinnamon
lettuce or spinach leaves (for garnish)
red grapes or cherry tomatoes cut in half (for garnish)
Cook the yellow rice according to the directions on the package.
Boil and peel the shrimp. Add the cooked shrimp to the cooked rice.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve in a bowl over lettuce or spinach and garnish as desired.
