Ingredients

2/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
300g (1 package) CHIPITS milk chocolate baking chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Beat melted butter with brown sugar, eggs, hot water; mix well.

  3. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  4. Stir in CHIPITS milk chocolate chips.

  5. Drop from small teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

  7. Cool slightly.

  8. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
