A friend of mine sent me the Northpole Recipes before Christmas one year. After reading many recipes I like this recipe best. Usually, I make thi I make the Southern Apple Cake recipe for my club every year. The members love it and this cake always get rave reviews. Using an old metal bundt pan I can cut a nice slice of cake getting 24 slices. This cake is fabulous the same day after it's cooled, the next day or a couple days later. This cake is even good when placed in refrigerator or left out with a foil wrap. Always a big hit by everyone who has a slice or more. Thank you to Jane Albertson!
