Orange Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Generously grease a cookie sheet.
Beat egg white until foamy. Add salt, cinnamon and orange juice.
Fold in sugar and mix well. Add pecans.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, turning pecans every 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container.
