Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Cookies - Recipe for Nut Roll

Nut Roll

Ingredients

2 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1 package (12 ounce) peanut butter chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 package (10 ounce) marshmallows
2 jars (16 ounce) dry roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Butter a 9x13 pan.

  2. Spread 1 jar of peanuts on the bottom.

  3. Melt margarine and chips. Remove from heat and add milk and marshmallow. Stir until melted.

  4. Pour over peanuts.

  5. Press rest of peanuts over the top.

  6. May chill. Cut into squares.
