Scottish Shortbread

Ingredients
2 cups (1 pound) butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 cups flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour baking pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Gradually add flour. Mix well.
May be rolled and cut or baked in a pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, until slightly golden brown.
