1 cup sugar
2 eggs (add one at a time beating)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup currants
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Make pie dough and roll out. Cut with round cutter to fit muffin pan. Fill with prepared currant filling.
Bake at 350 degrees until light golden brown.
