Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt one stick of butter and paint muffin pan with butter. Break two eggs in a bowl, add one cup milk and mix. Add flour, salt and mix. Fill muffin cups half way up. Bake 30 minutes DO NOT OPEN OVEN WHILE BAKING!
