Combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and some grated lime peels. Beat with mixer until very smooth and creamy, fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into crust, it will be very thick. Garnish with sliced limes and grated lime peels. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
