Italian Sausage Bread

Makes About 12-15 small individual loaves

2 pounds Italian Sausage (out of casing)
2 to 3 thawed frozen bread dough
salt, pepper, Olive Oil


Brown sausage, drain and set aside to cool. Take thawed bread dough and cut off approximately a 3 inch chunk. Stretch dough flat, add a small amount of Olive Oil in the middle and spread on entire surface of dough. Sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Put a small handful of Italian sausage on the middle of the dough and roll the dough jellyroll style, making sure you tuck in the ends to close. Pinch the seam shut and bake at 350 degrees seam side down till top is golden brown. (usually 20-30 minutes). Serve while still warm.
