Orange Balls

Makes approx. 80 • From the kitchen of Pam Moss

Ingredients

one box vanilla wafers (crushed)
1/2 cup margarine
1 can (6 ounce) frozen juice concentrate, thawed
1 box powdered sugar
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
additional powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Crush one box vanilla wafers, using a blender or food processor, pour into a large bowl.

  2. Add margarine, thawed orange juice concentrate, powdered sugar, and pecans.

  3. Mix thoroughly (I use my hands).

  4. Roll into balls the size of large marbles and roll in additional powdered sugar.

  5. Store in an airtight container.
