Sweet Potato Casserole
Makes 6 servings • From the kitchen of Angelica Lunsford
Ingredients
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes peeled and mashed
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a large casserole dish.
In large bowl mix together: potatoes, milk, sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes.
