Hawaiian Salad
From the kitchen of Elizabeth Skeen
Ingredients
1 carton sour cream
1 can pineapple pieces
1/2 cup coconut
1 can mandarin orange segments
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 small packet colored marshmallows
Directions
Put sour cream into bowl, add pineapple, coconut, oranges, sugar, and marshmallows (if using).
Mix together and add some reserved juice from pineapple if too thick.
Put in refrigerator to chill.
THIS IS A GOOD ONE FOR THE SUMMER & SANTA MAY ENJOY TOO!
