Ritz Chocolate Cookies
Makes 25-30 cookies • From the kitchen of Susanne
Ingredients
50-60 Ritz Crackers
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 package Chocolate Bark
Directions
Spread peanut butter over a half of the Ritz Crackers.
Place a second cracker over the ones you spread the peanut butter on to form a sandwich.
Melt the chocolate bark.
Dip each of the sandwiched peanut butter cracker in the chocolate.
Let the cookies set on waxed paper until the chocolate hardens, no need to refrigerate.
