Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Cookies - Recipe for Ritz Chocolate Cookies

Ritz Chocolate Cookies

Makes 25-30 cookies • From the kitchen of Susanne

Ingredients

50-60 Ritz Crackers
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 package Chocolate Bark

Directions

  1. Spread peanut butter over a half of the Ritz Crackers.

  2. Place a second cracker over the ones you spread the peanut butter on to form a sandwich.

  3. Melt the chocolate bark.

  4. Dip each of the sandwiched peanut butter cracker in the chocolate.

  5. Let the cookies set on waxed paper until the chocolate hardens, no need to refrigerate.
