No Cook Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

1 jar (12 ounce) creamy peanut butter
1 to 1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter

Directions

  1. In microwave melt peanut butter, margarine, and milk (stirring once or twice). Add vanilla.

  2. Fold in confectioner's sugar until stiff enough to knead.

  3. Press in ungreased pan (square brownie pan is nice) and refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes (until cool).

  4. Cut in desired size pieces and serve.


This fudge does not need to be refrigerated after cutting.
