Recipe Details

10-12 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour, sifted
2 cups finely chopped nuts
powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cream butter, then add powdered sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla and the sifted flour.

  3. Next, stir in 2 cups of coarsely chopped nuts (walnuts are the best).

  4. Roll dough into small balls.

  5. Place them on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

  6. When they are nearly cool, roll the balls in powdered sugar.
