Snowballs

Ingredients
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tablespoons soft butter
1 cup icing sugar
small dish of shaved coconut
red or green food coloring
Directions
Mix together 1 cup icing sugar, rice krispies, peanut butter and butter until well combined.
Form mixture into little balls and set them aside on a plate.
Put remaining icing sugar in bowl and slowly add enough water to bowl to make a thick liquid.(don't allow mixture to become runny)
Dip previously formed balls in icing mixture, one at a time.
Immediately after dipping each ball into the mixture, roll the ball in the dish of coconut.
Arrange on plates as you please and store in refrigerator.
