Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Fudge & Candy - Recipe for Fudge for One

Fudge for One

Makes 1 individual serving • From the kitchen of Sharon Batty

Ingredients

1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons milk
1 scant tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk in 1 quart glass measuring cup.

  2. Microwave on high 1 minute.

  3. Stir down sides of cup and microwave 40 seconds more.

  4. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick.

  5. Let set up and cut into squares or eat warm right out of the bowl.
