Mrs. Claus' Christmas & Holiday Desserts - Recipe for Watergate Salad

Watergate Salad

From the kitchen of Kathy Mueller

Ingredients

2 small boxes sugar free Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
2 cans crushed pineapple in juice
1 small container Cool Whip
pecans to taste

Directions

  1. Mix the pudding and pineapple in a medium size bowl.

  2. Add the Cool Whip and fold together.

  3. Add pecans to taste.

  4. Chill until ready to serve.
