Watergate Salad
From the kitchen of Kathy Mueller
Ingredients
2 small boxes sugar free Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
2 cans crushed pineapple in juice
1 small container Cool Whip
pecans to taste
Directions
Mix the pudding and pineapple in a medium size bowl.
Add the Cool Whip and fold together.
Add pecans to taste.
Chill until ready to serve.
