Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie

Ingredients
1 package Duncan Hines spice cake mix
4 egg whites
1 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant or old fashion)
1/2 cup Crisco oil or Puritan oil
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease baking sheets.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, oats, oil and raisins in large bowl.
Mix on low speed of electric mixer until blended.
Drop from rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes.
Cool one minute on baking sheets before removing to wire rack.
