Mrs. Eisenhower's Fudge

Ingredients

4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 cups nuts
1 (12 ounce) German chocolate bar
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 pint marshmallow cream

Directions

  1. Place German chocolate bar, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream in large bowl.

  2. Boil sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk for 6 minutes - stirring frequently.

  3. Add hot/boiled mixture to bowl of ingredients and beat until chocolate is melted.

  4. Then add two cups of nuts, blend well and pour in pan.

  5. Let cool.
