Ingredients

1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring (optional)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 large carton Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Crust:

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter.

  2. Press into the bottom of a pie pans.

  3. Bake 10 minutes.


Filling:

  1. Blend well until very smooth, peanut butter, cream cheese, burnt sugar flavoring (optional), powdered sugar, and milk.

  2. Add 1 large carton cool whip, blend and pour into shells and freeze at least 24 hours.
