Recipe Details

Bake Time:
15 minutes
8-10 servings
Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly


3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 1/2 - 2 cups cream cheese


  1. Grease 10x15 jellyroll pan, line with parchment or wax paper.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. Mix eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin together. Add in flour and baking soda.

  4. Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven, turn onto a clean kitchen towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, pull off paper

  6. Roll cake and allow to cool.

  7. Unroll, fill w/ cream cheese. Re-roll and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.

  8. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
