Rudolph's Favorite Pecans

Contains nuts, Gluten‑free, Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups pecans, walnuts, almonds, or any combination
Line a cookie tray with foil.
In a medium size pot, mix sugar, whipping cream and cinnamon.
Bring these ingredients to a boil. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla, add nuts.
Stir nuts into the mixture to coat.
Spoon the nut mixture onto cookie tray to cool.
The mixture will stay fresh in an air tight container for 2 - 3 days.
