Cinnamon Buns

From the kitchen of Cynthia Baker

20 frozen dough balls
1/2 to 1 cup brown sugar
1/8 to 1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding
1 to 2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup raisins-optional
1/2 to 1 cup pecans-optional

Place frozen dough balls into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Mix brown sugar, vanilla pudding and cinnamon together. Pour over dough balls. Melt butter and pour over dry mixture and dough balls. Place a damp tea towel over bundt pan and let rise over night. Bake next morning in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and turn onto a plate. Variation- Place 1/2 to 1 cup of pecans on bottom of bundt pan before placing dough balls, then proceed as above.
