Spice Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cold water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pound pecan halves
Directions
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Butter cookie pan.
Beat egg white with water until frothy but not stiff.
Fold in pecans and mix until coated.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Add to nuts and mix.
Place on prepared pan.
Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
