1 egg white
3/4 cup brown sugar
large pecan halves
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Coat a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat egg white very stiff; add brown sugar gradually, beating well after each addition. Mix well.
Dip pecan halves in batter and place on a sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, turn oven off and let cool in oven with the door ajar.
