Etsy Item of the Day: Basset Hound Ornament
One of my favourite things about the holidays is spending time with family—whether it’s sharing a meal, snuggling on the couch watching Elf, or simply relaxing together while gazing at the falling snow. My most immediate family consists of my husband and my basset hound who is my best friend. [My basset is actually sitting right next to me while I write this.] Given how much I love my dog, the ornaments on our Christmas tree are probably 50% basset- or dog-related, and this cute ornament would make a wonderful addition. Cast from an original, hand-carved wood master and then hand-painted, this basset ornament is available in tri-colour, red & white, or black & white.
