Ingredients

1 jar (18 ounce) creamy peanut butter
2 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
melting chocolate-about 2 pounds

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, sugar and butter together.

  2. Take small pieces and roll into balls.

  3. Place balls into small fluted candy cups.

  4. Melt chocolate over hot water or in the microwave.

  5. Pour or spoon chocolate to cover peanut butter ball in each cup.

  6. Place into refrigerator until set.
