2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 to 5 very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
